The 2002–03 season was the eleventh regular season of the Central Hockey League . The 16 teams completed 64 games each in the regular season . The Central Hockey League was played in four divisions . The team with the highest points in the regular season were the Austin Ice Bats , while the Memphis RiverKings won the Ray Miron President's Cup for the second time in the play-offs .
