Charles Meunier (born June 18, 1903 in Gilly , † February 17, 1971 in Montignies-sur-Sambre ) was a Belgian cyclist .

Charles Meunier was a professional from 1926 to 1933. The greatest success of his career was his victory at Paris – Roubaix in 1929, after finishing third the year before. He also started in the Tour de France in 1928, but gave up after the fifth stage.

Meunier died at the age of 67 after falling on a bicycle.
