Albert "Berten" Dejonghe (born February 14, 1894 in Middelkerke ; † February 23, 1981 ibid) was a Belgian cyclist .

Albert Dejonghe was a professional cyclist from 1914 to 1927. His greatest success was the victory at Paris – Roubaix in 1922. In 1920 he was third in Paris – Tours , in 1920 second and in 1923 third in the Tour of Flanders .

Dejonghe started nine times in the Tour de France ; In 1923 he won a stage. At the Tour de France in 1925 , he finished fifth overall, and in 1926 sixth.

In memory of him, the “Grote Prijs Berten De Jonghe” has been held in his hometown since the early 1980s. In April 2009 a plaque for him was unveiled.
