Roger Rosiers (born November 26, 1946 in Vremde ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

In 1965 Roger Rosiers won the Schaal Sels Merksem race and in the same year came third on the Tour of Belgium for amateurs. In 1967 he won the Brabant Arrow .

From 1967 to 1980 Rosiers was a professional cyclist. In his first year as a professional, he won Nokere Koerse . In 1971 he achieved his greatest success to date when he was first at Paris-Roubaix ; In 1973 he was third behind Eddy Merckx and Walter Godefroot in this race . In 1972 he won the Tour of Luxembourg , in 1973 the Grand Prix d'Isbergues and in 1974 the Three Days of De Panne .
