Comareira is a Portuguese village in the municipality ( Freguesia ) and in the district ( concelho ) of Góis .

It is one of the traditional slate villages in the region, and belongs to the nationally advertised route of the Aldeias do Xisto . They connect hiking trails through the surrounding forests and valleys.

In Comareira, there is the Casa de Campo da Comareira, a rural tourism hostel that has dedicated itself in a special way to recreational holidays close to nature. The non-smoking house, run by a non-profit association, deliberately does without television and radio equipment. Profits are transferred to a support association of the nearby Serra da Lousã , which endeavors to preserve them.
