DEL rookie of the year

The DEL Rookie of the Year award is given annually to the best rookie in the German Ice Hockey League . The election has been taking place since the 2000/01 season and was initially carried out in cooperation with the ice hockey magazine Ice Hockey News , since 2019 with MagentaSport .
