The Kraichgau deanery is one of 26 deaneries in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Freiburg . The Dean's office is in Sinsheim .

history

On January 1, 2008, with a reform of the deanery in the Archdiocese of Freiburg, the Kraichgau deanery was formed as one of 26 deaneries. The Eppingen pastoral care unit was added to the Kraichgau deanery after the reorganization of the deaneries, and the deanery headquarters was moved from Waibstadt to Sinsheim .

The Kraichgau deanery together with the Mannheim , Heidelberg-Weinheim and Wiesloch deaneries form the Rhine / Neckar region .
