action

Trézignan is looking for a tourist attraction to revive the place. For this purpose, the city fathers want to round up the quintuplets of the old winemaker Edouard Saint-Forget, who brought the place great prosperity when they were born, and present them as a sensation for their 40th birthday. However, 20 years ago the winemaker threw all his sons out and they scattered to the wind. The godfather, the local doctor Marius Bollène, is given the task of looking for the sons.

The first son, Alain, is the owner of a beauty salon on Avenue Montaine. The second son is Désiré, who is a window cleaner in Grandes Carrieres. The third son, Etienne, is the captain of a ship in the South Seas. The fourth son, named Bernard, works disguised as a woman for a women's magazine. The last son is a chaplain in a small village and is constantly mistaken for a movie actor. During the celebration it was announced that Désiré had become the father of sextuplets.

Cast and dubbing

The film was dubbed twice, for the first time in 1955 by the Internationale Film-Union AG, Remagen . The dialogue book was created by Martin Morlock and directed by Georg Rothkegel . The second synchronization took place around 1988 based on a dialogue book by Eberhard Storeck and directed by Uwe Gaube .

Cinema.de describes the film as a nice one-man spectacle.

Filmempfoice.com says: "It's a great old ham."
