German Film Music Award
The German Film Music Prize is an award for German film music composers. The prize was first awarded on October 23, 2014 as part of the Film Music Days Saxony-Anhalt in the Steintor-Varieté in Halle (Saale) and has been held annually since then.
The German Film Music Prize is an event of the International Academy of Media and Arts eV in close cooperation with the German Film Composers Union DEFKOM and is supported by NFP media rights * and ARRI Media . The prize is awarded in the categories of Best Music in Film and Best Song in Film . There is also a young talent award , an honorary award and a prize in the international category .
