NFL
Denver Broncos
2010
After the draft, signed Decker a four-year contract worth 2,522,000 US dollars . He missed the Broncos rookie mini-camp due to a foot injury . During his first preseason, Decker caught the most passes of any NFL rookie. Decker ended his rookie season with six trapped passes, a 106 yard gain and a touchdown .

Decker's role within the team improved in his second season and he started 14 of 16 games in the regular season. On the first day of the game, he managed a 90- yard punt return touchdown against the Oakland Raiders . On the second day of the game Decker was the first time in his career in the starting lineup and contributed with five trapped passes, a space gain of 113 yards and two touchdowns to the victory over the Cincinnati Bengals . He was in the starting line-up in all 16 games and ended the season with 85 passes caught, a gain of 1064 yards and 13 touchdowns, which also meant the second best value in the league.
2013
In its fourth season, the Denver Broncos signed wide receiver Wes Welker of the New England Patriots , which intensified the competition in the Broncos offense, as Demaryius Thomas, Eric Decker and Wes Welker were now three experienced wide receivers fighting for two places. Nevertheless, Decker managed to be in the starting eleven in all regular season games and was able to build on his performance from the previous season with 87 passes caught, a gain of space of 1288 yards and eleven touchdowns. On matchday 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs , Decker got four touchdowns, setting the club's record and being named Offensive Player of the Week of the American Football Conference (AFC). After three seasons with the Jets, Decker was fired on June 12, 2017 after failed transfer negotiations with other teams.
Tennessee Titans (2017)
Decker signed a one-year contract with the Tennessee Titans on June 18, 2017 . Jonnu Smith , Rookie - Tight-End of the Titans, even gave up the shirt number he had previously been assigned so that Decker could receive "his" standard number 87 . Decker played a regular season with the Titans without major highlights, but reached the playoffs with these. In the game of the Wildcard Round against the Kansas City Chiefs , Decker caught his first touchdown in the playoffs of his career. It was also the crucial touchdown to end the game as the winner.
End of career (2018)
His contract with the Titans expired after a year, Decker then joined the New England Patriots in the offseason and again signed a one-year contract. During the pre-season of the 2018 season , Decker then announced his retirement as an active professional.
