Federico Ceccherini (born May 11, 1992 in Livorno ) is an Italian football player who is used in the position of defender. He is currently under contract with Fiorentina in Serie A. He can be used both as a central defender and on the outside lanes .

Career

In the club

Ceccherini started at his hometown club AS Livorno in 2010 . In the 2011/12 season he was awarded to the US Pistoiese , where he established himself as a regular player. Since his return to Livorno in 2012, he has also become a regular there. After four years in Livorno, Ceccherini moved to Serie A promoted FC Crotone in 2016 , with whom he managed to stay up in 2016/17 .

In the national team

Ceccherini was nominated for the Italian U-21 national team in 2013, but remained unused. In May 2017 he was nominated by national coach Gian Piero Ventura for the friendly game against San Marino on May 31, but was also without a mission there. It has not been taken into account since then.
