Freaky Styley is the second music album of Red Hot Chili Peppers and was designed by George Clinton produced the 1985th The album never made it onto the Billboard 200 charts. The funk , formerly an essential element of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, is a substantial part of this CD. Complete wind sections can be heard, in which Flea , actually a trained trumpeter, also participates.

A curiosity: when George Clinton was in full swing with the recording of the CD, a drug dealer rang the doorbell. Clinton didn't have enough money for the drugs and so the two agreed that the dealer could sing the words: Look at that turtle go, bro ... before “Yertle the Turtle”, completely incoherent with the rest of the song .
