The Frehmbeck is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Eldingen in the Lachendorf municipality in the district of Celle .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 095 is 12  hectares in size. It is largely part of the FFH area "Lutter, Lachte, Aschau (with a few tributaries)". In the south it borders on the “ Lachte ” nature reserve .

The nature reserve is located south of Eldingen between Wohlenrode and Hohnhorst. It protects the lower reaches of the Frehmbeck, a tributary of the Lachte, and the adjacent valley slopes. The stream itself is accompanied by native deciduous tree species. The valley slopes in the north of the nature reserve have been reforested with conifers .

While the lower course of the Frehmbeck has remained close to nature with a gravelly brook bed, the brook above the nature reserve has been developed into a drainage ditch. This affects the lower course by mobilizing sand and mud during maintenance activities.

The area has been a nature reserve since June 16, 1984. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Celle.
