First he was then under Feldmarschalleutnant Johann Leopold von Bärenklau leader of two regiments of cavalry and three battalions . In the second Silesian War he operated again against France and took an active part in the conquest of Vilshofen and the capture of the Ripalta Castle. On May 21, 1745 he became the owner of the imperial cuirassier regiment No. 7 , the later Kuk Dragoon Regiment "Friedrich Franz IV. Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin" No. 6 on (2) 8.
