Friedrich Küppersbusch (journalist)

Friedrich Wilhelm Küppersbusch (born May 24, 1961 in Velbert ) is a German journalist , author and television producer. He became known with the WDR political program ZAK .

Life

Küppersbusch studied journalism at the University of Dortmund from 1981 to 1989 and volunteered at Westdeutscher Rundfunk in 1982/83 . He moderated radio programs, and from 1987 he worked as a writer for the WDR political program ZAK , which he moderated in 1990. For his work he received the Grimme Prize in 1991 and the Telestar TV Prize in 1993 . From 1993 ZAK was broadcast nationwide by ARD and discontinued in 1996 after 271 episodes.
