Gary O'Shaughnessy

Gary O'Shaughnessy is a Irish singer .

Gary O'Shaughnessy started playing guitar when he was twelve. Together with his brother Brian he formed the duo 2 of a kind and had appearances in Ireland, England and Spain. He failed twice in the Irish preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest , in 2001 he finally won and was therefore allowed to compete for Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2001 in Copenhagen . His title Without Your Love reached the 21st place.

He is the uncle of Ryan O'Shaughnessy , who represented Ireland in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Together .
