General Luna (officially: Municipality of General Luna ; Filipino : Bayan ng Heneral Luna ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Quezon . It has 26,494 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). The community is located on the Bondoc Peninsula , on the coast of Tayabas Bay .
There is a campus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in the community .
