Hans-Georg Huber

Hans-Georg Huber (* 6. April 1952 in Marl , district Recklinghausen ) is a German business coach , management - coach , facilitator and author .

Life

After completing his training as a banker , Huber studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences for Business (FHW) Berlin . After completing his basic studies, he moved to the Technical University (TU) Berlin , studied psychology and graduated with a diploma in psychology. Huber completed training in biodynamic psychology with Gerda Boyesen and in psycho-organic analysis with Paul C. Boyesen; other teachers included Jay Stattman (Unitive Body Psychotherapy ) and Henning von der Osten. In addition, there was further training in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) with Thies Stahl , in postural integration at the International Center for Release and Integration (ICRI) in Mill Valley (Marin County, California, USA) and in depth psychology-based psychotherapy at the CG Jung Institute in Stuttgart.

Since 1984 Huber has worked as a clinical psychologist / psychological psychotherapist in his own practice, since 1985 as a training representative and since 1986 also as the deputy head of training in biodynamic psychology at the Boyesen Foundation Utrecht for the German-speaking area. In 1988 he was a founding member of the German Institute for Psycho-Organic Analysis (DIPOA eV), which continued the training of the Boyesen Foundation, and the first managing director of DIPOA. From 1987 to 2001 he also worked as a trainer, instructor and supervisor in psycho-organic analysis.

Huber began his career as a professional coach, management trainer and process facilitator in the early 1990s. A first publication on the subject of coaching appeared in the magazine managerSeminare in 1993 under the title External Coaching - Development Aid for Managers? In the following years Huber was publicly committed to the dissemination and acceptance of coaching in Germany.

From 1994 to 2000, Huber also worked as a coach for top athletes , including for the players' union “ Vereinigung der contractfußballpieler e. V. (VDV) ".

Since 1995, Huber has been campaigning intensively for what he believes is a necessary connection between meaning and success in leadership and corporate culture .

In 1996 he founded the Huber & Partner coaching office in Freiburg im Breisgau together with Barbara Hofmann-Huber . Hans-Georg Huber has been training coaches and process facilitators since 1997 and is publicly committed to high quality coaching and coaching training.
