Hans-Joachim Weise (born November 15, 1912 ; † after 1936) was a German regatta sailor who took part in the 1936 Olympic Games and won gold in the Star boat class.
Peter Bischoff and Hans-Joachim Weise from the Berlin association Seglerhaus am Wannsee won five of seven regattas with their boat Wannsee at the 1936 Olympic Games off the coast of Kiel and took second and fourth place each. The two thus won the competition by a large margin over the boats from Sweden and the Netherlands and in 1936 they received the only gold medal for German sailors.
