IC 3432 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is an estimated 267 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 45,000 ly. The galaxy is listed under catalog number VVC 1293 as a member of the Virgo galaxy cluster .
The galaxies NGC 4459 , NGC 4468 , NGC 4474 , IC 3442 are located in the same area of the sky .
