Qala [ ˈʔɐlɐ ] (or Il-Qala ) is a village in the eastern part of the island of Gozo in the Republic of Malta and has 1929 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2018).

Close to the village is the coastline of Ħondoq ir-Rummien , with pools for salt extraction ( salt pans ) and caves popular with divers. The bay offers a beautiful view of Comino .

The menhir of Qala and the restored Ta'-Randu windmill are on site. The San Ġużepp Church is located in the village itself .
