Ivoy-le-Pre is a French municipality with 803 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Vierzon and the canton of Aubigny-sur-Nère (until 2015: canton of La Chapelle-d'Angillon ). The inhabitants are called Ivéopratains .

Ivoy-le-Pré is located about 76 kilometers south-southeast of Orléans in the Sologne . Ivoy-le-Pré is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Oizon in the north, Villegenon in the northeast, Jars in the east and northeast, La Chapelotte in the east, Henrichemont in the south, Achères in the south and southwest, Méry-ès-Bois in the west and southwest, La Chapelle-d'Angillon in the west and Ennordres in the northwest.
