Berry-Bouy is about ten kilometers northwest of Bourges . The Yèvre delimits the municipality to the south. Berry-Bouy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Éloy-de-Gy in the north and northeast, Saint-Doulchard in the east and southeast, Marmagne in the south, Mehun-sur-Yèvre in the west and Allouis in the northwest.
