The KS30 , also known as the Urtrak , is an agricultural tractor with caterpillar drive from the Brandenburg Tractor Works . It was built from 1956 to 1964. The new price for the KS30 in 1964 was 26,000 marks .

The KS30 is a frameless block construction with a caterpillar drive . The drive is a spherical roller drive with four rollers and 41 links made of steel. It is sprung with torsion bars. It has a Cletraclenkbrake . The motor, produced by the Brandenburger tractor works, is a water-cooled series four-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine of the type 4F 175 D3 with swirl chamber injection and a displacement of 8.9 liters. Its rated power is 46 kW. The torque is transmitted to the gearbox via a Renak LA50 H single-disc dry clutch . The gearbox is a mechanical four-speed push gear with reverse gear. The service brake acts on the clutch, the handbrake acts on the steering gear. At the rear of the tractor there is a clutch-dependent power take-off shaft with 540 min ^-1 rotates at rated engine speed. Furthermore, there is a pulley with a diameter of 400 mm and a speed of 1000 min ^-1 . The KS30 has a weather canopy with side panels and a windshield, the driver sits on an upholstered seat. Additional hydraulics, a cable winch and protective chains for paved roads were optionally available.
