Canadian men's national bandy team
The Canadian men's bandy national team presents Canada at international games in bandy . In the last few years, the team ended the world championships mostly in eighth place.
The first World Cup participation took place in Finland in 1991. Canada finished sixth out of eight participants. In 2010 Canada won the B group of the World Cup and played in the relegation against the United States for promotion to the A group. The Canadians lost 6: 9. Due to a change in tournament mode, Canada will participate in Group B of the A World Cup in 2014.
