The Canton Périgueux-Nord-Est was 2015 a French constituency in the district Perigueux , in the Dordogne and in the region of Aquitaine ; its main town was Périgueux , the last representative in the General Council of the Département was Francis Colbac ( PCF ) from 2004 to 2015 .
