Kathryn Hahn (born July 23, 1973 in Westchester , Illinois ) is an American actress , best known for her role as Lily Lebowski in the crime series Crossing Jordan - pathologist with profile .

Life and accomplishments

Kathryn Hahn grew up in Cleveland , Ohio . She graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in theater arts, and later studied drama at Yale University . After that, she appeared in a few plays.

Her first film role was in the 1999 comedy Flushed . From 2001 until the end of the series in 2007, she played the role of Lily Lebowski in all episodes of the crime series Crossing Jordan - Pathologist with Profile . In the comedy How do I get rid of him - in 10 days? from 2003 she played the role of Michelle Rubin , a friend of Andie Anderson ( Kate Hudson ), who plays a relationship therapist in one of the scenes opposite Ben Barry ( Matthew McConaughey ). In 2004 she starred in the comedy Anchorman - The Legend of Ron Burgundy, alongside Will Ferrell and Christina Applegate . In 2011 Hahn starred as Helen alongside Hank Azaria and Anthony Head in the NBC series Free Agents , the US adaptation of the British television series of the same name. The series was canceled after the fourth episode due to the low viewership.

Hahn has been married to the actor Ethan Sandler since 2002 . You live in Los Angeles with children born in 2006 and 2009.
