Kelu (German Kello ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Lääneranna in Pärnu County (until 2017: rural municipality of Lihula in Lääne County ).

The place has nine inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located 29 kilometers southeast of Haapsalu .

The river Kasari branches north of the village center : one arm flows into the bay of Matsalu ( Matsalu laht ) as a canal , a tributary flows as the river Rõude ( Rõude jõgi ) in a north-westerly direction before it also flows into the bay.
