In 2009 she published the book And Tomorrow? Extreme rights in Saxony , which was judged on the Endstation Rechts portal as the “most comprehensive, up-to-date and productive analysis” of the Saxony NPD . In a collective review in the yearbook Extremism & Democracy , however, Jürgen R. Winkler found that Köditz described the “Saxon conditions” well, but neglected the reasons for and possible solutions for right-wing extremism. In addition, it is a politically motivated analysis, which is inadequate in the references given.

In 2013, together with Henning Homann (SPD), Miro Jennerjahn (Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen), the deputy chairman of the DGB Saxony Markus Schlimbach and the superintendent of the Protestant church district of Dresden Mitte, Christian Behr, she advocated the cutback of the Means to prevent right-wing extremism. They asked the Saxon state government to quickly commit to financing mobile counseling and victim counseling.
