Kolonia Mikołajki is a place in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the urban and rural municipality of Mikołajki (Nikolaiken) in the Powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ).
Kolonia Mikołajki is located in the middle east of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship , two kilometers north of the city of Mikołajki and 18 kilometers southeast of the district town of Mrągowo ( German Sensburg ).
There are no documents about the history of the place before 1945, not even about a possible German name from that time. So there is a presumption that the place Kolonia Mikołajki arose only after 1945. Today it is part of the municipality of Mikołajki in the Powiat Mrągowski , until 1998 of the Suwałki Voivodeship , since then part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .
Ecclesiastically, Kolonia Mikołajki belongs both on the Protestant and Catholic side to the town of Mikołajki in the Masuria diocese of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland and in the Ełk diocese of the Polish Catholic Church .
