State government Ratzenböck I

The provincial government Ratzenböck I under governor Josef Ratzenböck (ÖVP) formed the Upper Austrian provincial government in the XXI. Legislative period of the Upper Austrian Landtag from the election of Ratzenböck as governor on October 19, 1977 to the end of the legislative period on October 24, 1979. The provincial government of Ratzenböck I was followed by the provincial government of Ratzenböck II .

With the withdrawal of Wenceslas as governor on October 19, 1977, the term of office of the state government of Wenzl II ended . On the same day, the previous Provincial Councilor Josef Ratzenböck was elected Governor and sworn in as the new Provincial Councilor Johann Winetzhammer . Except for one change, the composition of the government remained unchanged for the rest of the term of office, only Johann Diwold had to be replaced after his death on May 19, 1978. He was succeeded as regional councilor by Leopold Hofinger , who was elected on May 29, 1978.
