List of honorary citizens of Deggendorf
The city of Deggendorf awards honorary citizenship to people who have made a special contribution to the city . The legal basis for this award is the statute on the awards of the city of Deggendorf of November 29, 1966.
So far 40 people have been made honorary citizens of Deggendorf. In the course of the incorporation of the communities of Schaching , Fischerdorf and Seebach , the honorary citizenships conferred there were taken over.
