5	Bloom Site		19 Jul 1964	Bloom	Hanson	This secured archaeological site preserves the remains of around 25 rectangular houses from around 1000 AD. It also contains several burial mounds that were later destroyed by agriculture. The site may have been inhabited by Mandan ancestors .

13	Molstad Village		19 Jul 1964	Mobridge	Dewey	This fortified prehistoric village, made up of five circular rings of houses surrounded by a moat, is an archaeological site from the time when the Mandan , Hidatsa , and Arikara peoples, a mixture of features of the Central Plains and the Arikara originated in the middle Missouri culture.
