The list of stumbling blocks in Lomnice u Tišnova contains the stumbling blocks in the Czech town of Lomnice u Tišnova in the Brno-venkov district , which remind of the fate of the people who were murdered, deported, expelled or committed suicide by the National Socialists were driven. The relocations took place on November 6, 2011 on the Josefa Uhra 231 property and on September 14, 2013 on the Josefa Uhra 198 property.

The Czech stumbling block project Stolpersteine.cz was launched in 2008 by the Česká unie židovské mládeže (Czech Union of Jewish Youth). The stumbling blocks are to Czech stumbling blocks called alternatively kameny zmizelých (stones of the disappeared).

Stumbling block for Jan Libezny.JPG Jan Líbezný Joseph ama 231 Erioll world.svg Jan Líbezný (originally Liebesný) was born on December 6, 1923 as the son of Otto Liebesný and Markéta Liebesná in Lomnice u Tišnova. After attending the city school in Tišnov , he worked in various professions. In 1942 he was deported by the Nazi regime to the Theresienstadt ghetto , in 1944 to Auschwitz and in the same year to the Schwarzheide satellite camp . In April 1945 Jan Líbezný was transferred to Sachsenhausen concentration camp . He was the only member of his family to survive the Nazi regime. After returning to Czechoslovakia in 1945, he had his name Czechized. He met Zdenka Blahoňovská , married her in 1947 and moved in with her in Tišnov . They had two daughters together. In 1951 the family moved to Trutnov . Jan Líbezný studied law and became a lawyer. He died on June 27, 2006 in Trutnov, where he was also buried.

Together with her mother, father and brother, she was deported to Theresienstadt on Transport Ah in April 1942, and on to Auschwitz-Birkenau on May 18, 1944 on Transport Eb . During the liquidation of the so-called Theresienstadt family camp , she and her mother and father were murdered in the gas chamber between July 10 and July 12, 1944. Only her brother Jan Líbezný survived the Nazi regime.
