MLB Draft 1975
The 1975 MLB Draft was the eleventh draft hosted by Major League Baseball . In the first place, Danny Goodwin was selected by the California Angels .
background
The 1975 MLB Draft is one of the less successful events. None of the players drafted in the first round subsequently reached the Baseball Hall of Fame or played an All-Star Game . Danny Goodwin , who in the 1971 MLB Draft was the first player to be drafted first to not agree on a contract with his club (the Chicago White Sox ), was now the first and only player to be drafted first for the second time.
