Mykola Mussiyenko

Mykola Mussijenko ( Ukrainian Микола Мусієнко , English transcription Mykola Musiyenko , also Russian Николай Мусиенко - Nikolai Mussijenko - Nikolay Musiyenko ; * December 16, 1959 ) is a former Ukrainian three-jumper who competed for the Soviet Union .

At the European Indoor Athletics Championships he won bronze in Athens in 1982 and gold in Budapest in 1983 . In 1986 he was sixth at the European Athletics Championships in Stuttgart . Two more medals followed at the European Indoor Championships: he won bronze in Liévin in 1987 and gold in 1989 in The Hague .

In 1982 and 1986 he was the Soviet indoor champion.
