Mikalaj Dudkin
Mikalaj Dudkin ( Belarusian Мікалай Дудкін , English transcription Mikalay Dudkin, Russian Николай Дудкин - Nikolai Dudkin - Nikolay Dudkin; born July 5, 1947 in Minsk ) is a former Belarusian three-jumper who competed for the Soviet Union .
In 1966 he came in 16th place at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest and won silver at the European Junior Games in Odessa .
In 1968 he won the European Indoor Games in Madrid and was fifth at the Olympic Games in Mexico City with 17.09 m supported by the wind. The following year he defended his title at the European Indoor Games in Belgrade in 1969 and finished fifth at the European Championships in Athens .
In 1970 he was ninth at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Vienna and won silver at the Universiade . At the European Indoor Championships in 1973 in Rotterdam, he came in sixth place.
In 1967 he became Soviet champion.
