NGC 5925 is an open cluster from Trumpler type III1m in the constellation angular (Norma) at the southern sky . It has a brightness of 8.4 mag and an angular expansion of 20 * 20 arc minutes .

The object was discovered on July 18, 1826 by James Dunlop .
