NGC 5934 is a 13.8 mag bright spiral radio galaxy of the Hubble type S? in the constellation Bear Keeper and about 261 million light years from the Milky Way.
Together with NGC 5935, it forms a gravitationally bound double galaxy and was discovered together with it on June 12, 1880 by Édouard Stephan .
