Feminnem is a Croatian - Bosnian girl group . She represented Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 and Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 . Her name is a reference to the rapper Eminem .

history

founding

When the band was founded in 2004, Ivana Marić (born November 12, 1982 in Čapljina , Bosnia-Herzegovina), Neda Parmać (born April 28, 1985 in Kardeljevo, now Ploče , Croatia) and Pamela Ramljak (born December 24, 1979 in Čapljina, Bosnia-Herzegovina), who all participated in the show Hrvatski Idol, an adaptation of Pop Idol . Her first hit was Volim te, mrzim te . In 2007 Ivana Marić left the group, she was replaced by Nikol Bulat. She also left the band, so that in 2009 Nika Antolos (* 1989 in Rijeka , Croatia) joined.

Participation in the Eurovision Song Contest

In 2005 Feminnem won the preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest in Bosnia-Herzegovina with the song Zovi . At the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kiev , the contribution was sung in English under the title Call Me , and it took 14th place.

In 2007 the group took part in the Croatian festival Dora with the song Navika , but only finished ninth there. In 2009 they took part again, Poljupci u boji took third place. The third participation finally brought success: Feminnem won the Dora with Lako je sve and thus represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Bærum near Oslo . However, this participation ended in the second semifinals on May 27th.
