The rowing competition in the quadruple sculls men at the 2012 Olympics in London was from July 28 to August 3, 2012 at the Dorney Lake held. 52 athletes in 13 boats competed.

The rowing regatta, which was held over 2000 meters, began with three heats. The first three boats made it to the semi-finals, the rest started in the repechage . Here the first three boats were able to qualify for the semi-finals. The remaining boats were eliminated.

In the two semifinals, the first three boats made it to final A, the rest to final B to determine places 7 to 12.

The qualified boats are highlighted in light green.
