The rowing competition in the quadruple sculls women at the 2012 Olympics in London was from July 28 to August 3, 2012 at the Dorney Lake held. 32 athletes in 8 boats competed.

The rowing regatta, which was held over 2000 meters, began with two heats. The boats in first place qualified directly for the finals, the others had to go to the repechage . Here the first four boats qualified for the final, the rest made it to the B final, in which the 7th and 8th places were determined.

The qualified boats are highlighted in light green.

The final resulted in the first Olympic victory of a Ukrainian boat in the women's quadruple. For the first time there was a medal for an American boat in this boat class.
