The Pöbbeckenmühle nature reserve is located in the Lower Saxon municipality of Hahausen and in the Lutter am Barenberge area in the Lutter am Barenberge district in the Goslar district .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG BR 056 is 5 hectares in size. It has been under nature protection since July 16, 1983. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Goslar.

The nature reserve is located northeast of Hahausen at the Pöbbeckenmühle and provides a source swamp under protection, which of orchids ranging Sumpfdotterblume nwiesen and small sedge companies is embossed. To the east of the wet meadows is grassland used as pasture , in the north fish ponds are included in the nature reserve.

In the east the nature reserve borders on the federal highway 248 , in the south on the intersection of the federal highway 248 with the federal highway 82 .
