The parliamentary elections in Finland in 1913 ( Finnish Eduskuntavaalit 1913 ; Swedish Riksdagsvalet 1913 ) took place on August 1 and 2, 1913. It was the election for the 6th Finnish Parliament .

The power of parliament had previously been severely curtailed by Russian rule.

Election result

The turnout was 51.1 percent, 8.7 percentage points below the turnout in the 1911 parliamentary election. This was also the lowest turnout in the history of the Finnish parliamentary elections.

As in the previous elections, the gap between the two strongest parties, the Social Democrats and the Finnish Party, widened. The SDP won 90 seats, more than twice as many as the Finnish party. In 1913 the Christian Workers' Union no longer received a mandate in Eduskunta.
