Petar Filipovic (born September 14, 1990 in Hamburg ) is a German - Croatian soccer player .
Career
Filipovic has played for FC St. Pauli since his youth . He made his debut in the first team of the relegated FC St. Pauli on May 15, 2011 (34th matchday) in the Bundesliga 2010/11 in the game against 1. FSV Mainz 05 (1: 2) when he in the 84th minute for Dennis Daube was substituted on. With the reserve team he rose in the same season as a league champion in the Regionalliga Nord. Before the start of the new Bundesliga season, Filipovic took part in the preparation of the professional squad, but then returned to the U-23 team. At the end of the 2011/12 season, his contract was not renewed and he was initially without a club.
At the end of October 2012, he signed a two-year contract with the Croatian first division club Cibalia Vinkovci , which was valid until the end of June 2014 . There he came in the remainder of the 2012/13 season to 20 missions and scored two goals. In the end, the club was penultimate and relegated. At the end of June 2013, he was committed to the 2013/14 season by the first division club NK Slaven Belupo Koprivnica . In the winter of 2015 he moved to SV Ried .
For the 2016/17 season he switched to league rivals FK Austria Wien , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2019.
In August 2017 he moved to Konyaspor in Turkey , where he received a contract valid until June 2020. In two seasons at Konyaspor he made 28 appearances in the Süper Lig .
In September 2019 he returned to Austria and switched to LASK , where he received a contract that ran until June 2022.
