Stefan Haudum (born November 27, 1994 in Eferding ) is an Austrian football player of Croatian descent.

Career

Career start in Eferding

Haudum started his career at UFC Eferding . In 2001 he moved to SK Eferding / Fraham . In 2008 he came to AKA Linz , where he played until 2012. In June 2010 he also played for his home club UFC Eferding for the first time in the fifth-class Landesliga West . After the rise of Eferding, he came in November 2010 against SV Traun for his first appearance in the Upper Austrian League . In April 2012, he was used against SV Sierning for the first time from the start.

With Blau-Weiß Linz in the second division and the regional division

For the 2012/13 season he moved to the second division club FC Blau-Weiß Linz , where he received a contract with an option that ran until June 2014. In November 2012 he made his debut for Linz in the second division when he was substituted on for Thomas Höltschl on the 15th matchday of that season against SV Horn in the 80th minute . By the end of the season he came to three appearances in the second highest division. With BW Linz he had to play as bottom of the table in the relegation for relegation, but in which one failed at SC-ESV Parndorf in 1919 and thus relegated to the regional league. After relegation, he made his debut in August 2013 against USV Allerheiligen in the regional league and was also part of the Linzer starting line-up for the first time. In the 2013/14 season he came to 26 regional league appearances in which he remained without a goal. With the relegated he ended the season in sixth place in the table. In August 2014, he scored his first goal in the Regionalliga in a 4-0 win against SV Wallern . In the 2014/15 season, Haudum played 29 games in the Regionalliga and scored two goals. He ended that season with the Stahlstädtern as third in the table. In April 2015 he extended his contract until June 2017.

In the 2015/16 season he was finally able to become champion with BW Linz and thus be promoted back to the second division after three years. In the championship season he came to 25 missions in which he scored a goal. In May 2017, he scored his first goal in the second-highest division in a 4-1 win against SC Austria Lustenau . In the 2016/17 season he made 22 appearances in the league and scored one goal. In May 2017, Haudum extended his expiring contract again by two years until June 2019. In the 2017/18 season, Haudum played in 29 games and remained without scoring. That season he finished with the Linzers in the last place in the table, but there was no relegation and so he stayed with his club in the league.

To LASK in the Bundesliga

After six and a half years at BW Linz, Haudum switched to Bundesliga club LASK in January 2019 , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2021. In March 2019 he made his debut for LASK in the Bundesliga when he was brought into play for Peter Michorl in stoppage time on match day 20 of the 2018/19 season against SK Sturm Graz . On the 22nd matchday he was on the LASK starting line-up for the first time against SCR Altach . By the end of the season he made five appearances in the Bundesliga. On the last matchday in May 2019, he scored his first Bundesliga goal in a 5-2 win against FK Austria Wien . He made ten league appearances in the 2019/20 season. In August 2020, his contract was prematurely extended to June 2022.

Haudum is of Croatian descent. His cousin Marko Raguž is also a soccer player and is also under contract with LASK.
