The 1938/39 season was the tenth edition of the Polish ice hockey championship. Master was for the first time in the club's history at all Dąb Kattowitz .

The four best teams in Poland qualified for the final tournament. The first place in the final tournament became champion. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
