The Polish Ice Hockey Cup of the 2011/12 season (Polish: Puchar Polski Hokeja na Lodzie ) was the venue for the Polish Ice Hockey Cup . The event was organized by the Polish Ice Hockey Federation.
Participant and mode
All teams in the current league and one representative of the second-class I league took part in the 2011 trophy . Of the nine participating teams, the four poorly placed in the three groups played two teams in an intermediate round that reached the quarter-finals. The four better-placed teams in the groups went straight to the quarter-finals. The team that did best in the group stage went straight to the semi-finals. The tournament was continued after the group stage in the knockout system . With the exception of the final tournament, all matches were played back and forth.
Group stage
In the group phase, the course was set as to which teams qualified for the quarter-finals and which had to go to the intermediate round. The team with the best result went straight to the semi-finals. The respective third and the second placed with the worst result played an intermediate round. Ranking after the group stage: 1. Jastrzębie (9 pts), 2. Oświęcim (9), 3. KH Sanok (9), 4. GKS Tychy (9), 5. Cracovia (6), 6. Podhale Nowy Targ ( 6), 7. KS Toruń (3), 8. Zagłębie Sosnowiec (3), 9. Legia Warsaw (0)

Awards
The tournament's best goalkeeper was Przemysław Odrobny from the Hockejowy Sanok club. With Miroslav Zaťko and Radek Procházka , Aksam Unia Oświęcim provided both the best defender and the best attacker.
