Primera División de Costa Rica 1945
The 1945 season was the 25th season of the Primera División de Costa Rica , the highest Costa Rican soccer league. Seven teams took part. Alajuela won the championship for the 4th time in the club's history.

- The seven participating teams played the championship in a single round (return leg) in the mode everyone against everyone .
- The last-placed player played a relegation game against the champions of the second division.

The Copa Guatemala 1945 was the first cup tournament of the season. Heredia won the final 4: 3 against SG Española.
Copa Gran Bretaña 1945
The Copa Gran Bretaña 1945 was the second cup tournament of the season. Heredia also won the final, this time against La Libertad.
Torneo Relámpago 1945
The Torneo Relámpago 1945 , in which a game lasted only 20 minutes, was played with all top division teams right before the start of the season. LD Alajuelense won the final 2-0 against Heredia.
