The ring wall Unterbuch is an abandoned ring wall system ( Wallburg ) immediately north of Unterbuch a district of the town of Vilshofen on the Danube in the district of Passau in Bavaria .
From the prehistoric or early medieval complex, a 1560 meter long wall and moat remains have been preserved. Today the ring wall is registered by the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments as a ground monument D-2-7344-0140 "Ring wall of prehistoric or early medieval times" .
